Return Process

  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

  Processing and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned hardware or software, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
